The middle school has a modified block schedule. In periods A and B the core classes are held. The core classes include English/U.S. History (8th grade), Math/Science (8th grade), English/World History (7th grade) and Math/Science (7th grade). During periods C and D, Bible and Spanish classes are alternated depending on the level of Spanish.
In the afternoon there are exploratory classes including computer, woodworking, keyboarding, home economics, band, physical education, and art. These classes are alternated each semester. Algebra I is also offered to qualified students in the 8th grade for high school credit. Middle school students are required to participate in the IMPACT program which helps them with emotional, social, educational and spiritual issues.
