Overall Ministry Statement: We are committed to serving our students spiritual needs in all of our classes and extra curricular activities with an emphasis on eternity, community and excellence. Our staff and faculty our committed to being involved with different Christian Service Outreach groups. In addition we partner with our chaplaincy program which carries out duties of love, discipleship, counseling, and leads our weekly chapels. Finally we have an amazing ministry for our parents and students in CAF ministry. These are professional counselors, psychologist, and pastoral counselors who ministry to the needs of individual families.

Chaplaincy

Currently AAI has four full time chaplains in the Secondary and one full time chaplain in the elementary ministering to our students. The Chaplains are committed to "make it our aim to be pleasing to Jesus" (2 Corinthians 5:9)... Their hope is that they will promote an atmosphere of love as they invest in AAI teachers, staff, students, and their families.

CSO

Christian Service Outreach (CSO) is one of the most exciting programs of the Alliance Academy International.  High school students are encouraged to join one of several volunteer ministry groups.  At least 75% of our students choose to spend each Wednesday afternoon serving others.  The groups range in size from 3 to 30 students, and each team encourages its members to step out of their comfort zones.  Some groups focus on serving the Ecuadorian community near the school.  They make friends with street kids, feed the poor, visit a children's hospital, teach English, or provide a kids club for needy children.  Other groups minister to the English-speaking community by providing an Awana program for the elementary students or small-group mentorship for the middle school students.  One group has a behind-the-scenes ministry of prayer for the persecuted church. Some of the groups take a ministry trip during the Carnival vacation to serve other communities in the jungle or on the coast.  But no matter what the ministry, each program provides an opportunity for the high school students to reach beyond their normal way of life.  By serving others, the students have a chance to experience personal growth, and most importantly, develop their relationships with God.
