The Alliance Academy International has provided a dorm for students whose parents are living in another country or in a location within Ecuador far away from Quito. The dorm parents have had experience with AAI students since 1986. They are helped by two assistants who are available in monitoring, helping and just being willing to connect with students living in the dorm on a daily basis. There is also a full time kitchen staff which provides all the meals. While the dorm closes for long holidays, last year they went on two special trips during shorter holidays, visiting the jungle on one occasion, and the beach on another. Games, puzzles, books, internet and cable TV are all available at the dorm.
